Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy protects Genesis, its users and upstream providers from abuse. It applies to the website, API keys, Gateway connections and all other Genesis services.

2. You must not

• Attempt to access another user's account, sessions, balances, API keys, requests or data.
• Probe, exploit or attack Genesis or its providers except through a vulnerability-testing programme expressly authorised by us.
• Bypass authentication, billing, usage metering, rate limits, capacity limits, provider controls or suspension measures.
• Use stolen, leaked or unauthorised credentials or intentionally cause charges to another account.
• Send malware, destructive payloads, denial-of-service traffic, intentionally malformed traffic at scale, or traffic designed primarily to degrade the service.
• Use Genesis to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, facilitate fraud, or impersonate another person deceptively where that is unlawful.
• Resell, sublicense or provide access to Genesis in a way that defeats account, billing or security controls unless we have expressly agreed to it.
• Abuse support, payment disputes, refunds or chargebacks in order to obtain unpaid service.

3. Fair resource use

Automated and high-volume use is allowed only within the limits made available to your account. We may apply connection, concurrency, request, token, audio, rate or spend limits to protect capacity and upstream quotas.

4. Enforcement

We may throttle, block, suspend or terminate activity that creates a material security, legal, billing or availability risk. Serious attacks, credential theft or fraud may be acted on immediately without advance notice.

5. Reporting security issues

If you believe you found a security problem, stop testing once you can demonstrate the issue safely and report it to [email protected]. Do not access other users' data, persist access, exfiltrate secrets or disrupt production systems.
